The Executive Team reports directly to the Board and oversees the day-to-day running of the organisation. The team comprises of our Chief Executive, Ursula Bennion, and four directors who work alongside her.

Jan Griffiths

Her role as Finance Director at Trent & Dove is to be responsible for the integrity, accuracy and stability of the Finance and IT Services ensuring both are fit for purpose in providing a solid foundation for the organisation’s future viability and growth. Jan is also responsible for overseeing HR, Performance and Communications & Marketing.

Her passion is in ensuring this stable foundation is utilised to support the organisation in providing customer focused services supporting the local community.
