Louder & Stronger

We wanted the way customers and other stakeholders influence our business to move from good to great and we never forget that our customers pay for just about everything we do.

So, in 2022 we introduced a new Customer Voice Strategy which aims to:

  • Listen to customers so we can improve homes and services, and how we contribute to and invest in our communities
  • Make sure that our strategy and long-term plans are aligned with and influenced by customers’ views, needs and expectations
  • Show customers how their views influence our actions and decisions at every level
  • Help us to play an important and influential role in the communities we serve, to make them successful, thriving and sustainable.

Community engagement

Resident associations

The resident associations influence decision-making in their communities and hold informal meetings at different times during the day.

Each group has a budget that supports them to deliver a range of activities and take on small-scale neighbourhood improvements. There are resident associations in Tutbury; Waterside and Edgehill, Winshill, Horninglow, Burton Town, Uttoxeter and Uttoxeter Rural.
