How it works

  • Download the Housing Perks app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store 
  • Press “Sign up”, enter your details and follow the on-screen instructions 
  • You will be asked for your ‘Organisation ID’, type TrentandDove  and click continue  
  • Your account will need to be registered to a Trent and Dove address, so keep your customer reference number handy. You can find this on letters and other communications from us
  • Now you’re all signed up
