We are proud to be able to share our latest report which outlines our commitment to improving the lives of our customers through the delivery of our three values:
Honouring individuals' and organisations' success in our communities through our Impact on the Community Awards and in-house with our 17 th consecutive RoSPA award.
Supporting customers living in their homes through our Warm Spaces initiative serving more than 10,000 warm meals, 3,000 visits to our Coffee Connect van, more than 8,000 hours of volunteering work, as well as our popular Fun Days, to name but a few.
We invest millions of pounds into our homes while continuing to grow our portfolio, achieving a great customer satisfaction record. We have spent more than £26 million building new homes and £11 million on repairing and maintaining our homes.
