
We have recently made improvements to our repairs service. We've invested in our reporting systems and staff training to introduce faster repair timescales and new priority targets for planned maintenance and major repairs.
We're also integrating our main in-house reporting systems, so all information is accessible in one place. This means our Customer Services Team can provide you with the most up-to-date information at any time.
The change will mean our teams can view the entire lifecycle of a repair, ensuring you get the best service possible.
These improvements are part of our new repairs policy, approved by our Board and Customer Committee, and in response to new Consumer Standards and Awaab’s Law coming into effect from October 2025.
Emergency repairs: Within 24 hours
This covers emergencies where there may be a danger to life or risk of structural damage to the property. We will ensure that your property is left in a safe condition, however, there may be a requirement for a return visit to carry out follow up work.

Any other works: Between 60 and 90 working days
